Awesome Customer Support – Thank you so much for your support in getting a replacement broiler tray. I didn’t think of it as needing the pair so I appreciate getting a new set. I’ve only had my NuWave for less than a day and I like it so much ( I was able to cook a full meal last night of broiled fish, veggies and a dessert) in less than 30 minutes! I like it so much, I’ve just ordered one for my parents.

Preheat is default setting, and kept turning off the oven. You can change that – Oven kept turning off after pre-heat. Drove me nuts. gave up but called customer support. First Lady told me the WRONG way to deal with it. Called later when it didn’t work and the second lady was SMART. Thank goodness. I told her all I wanted to do was set the time and temp and WALK AWAY. She explained how to “Disable” the pre heat default. Now I LOVE the oven. SO simple. Just set the time and temp and push start. I was about to toss it in the trash and really glad I called a second time. She was great.

The large oven area allows me to fix meals for my family without having to heat up the big range oven . The air fryer mode works better then my actual air fryer and food is as crispy as deep fried. Very satisfied – I live in the deep south of the US, where it’s almost a sin to light a regular oven in the summer time. As a result, I’ve used toaster ovens for decades. With each replacement, I buy a better one. My last one was a convection model from Oster, I believe, and I almost never used the convection and other features on it. “On” and “Off” did the trick. I replaced it with the Nuwave about a month ago. Wow!! This is so much more than a toaster oven!! I’ve used the air fry feature repeatedly, as well as the toaster, the oven, and the meat probe (once). At this point I’m using it almost every day. I’ve used it with great success for cooking and crisping frozen foods, reheating, baking, full-on roasting, and toasting. I particularly like being able to adjust the power to the upper and lower burners and any point. I recently roasted (using the air fry feature) a thin-sliced sliced potato dish and saw the top browning too soon, so I reduced the top burners down to 20% and kept the lower burners on full blast. Problem solved!! It cooked just the way I wanted it to. I also like how easily it is to target a particular temperature, to change it at will, and to otherwise have so much control over heat delivery and distribution while cooking…. and I can see it!! It’s very easy to see what’s going on in the oven during cooking. It’s also fast. It’s not microwave fast, but if that’s what I need, I have a microwave. I’m very impressed and have started to prepare foods that I might normally avoid because of the required cooking time.
