Life saver! – Omg it’s so good, I would pay $100 for it. You can never get frothing this good, with any Expresso machine. Your latte, cappuccino will taste a million times better.

A Good Replacement – My 4 yr old steamer finally gave out, and I began the search for a replacement. The first one (begins with a Y and ends with a C) was a disaster! There was no consistency at all; sometimes it would heat, sometimes it would’t, sometimes it would steam, sometimes it wouldn’t. It drove me crazy, and after I wrote a negative review, the company sent me an email saying they would, “make it right”. Nah, been there, done that. You just can’t fix a bad product. I gave this one a try, and having used it for several weeks, I have to say I do like it. Consistency and quality are its biggest plus. It heats and steams consistently. The teflon coating is much better than my first one. The only down is it has a small output; however, since I only use a half cup or so, I’m fine with that.

Cooked – This is a great milk frothier, the problem is that it gets so hot that it bakes the milk into the bottom of the unit making it very hard to remove. I have tried shutting it off early and immediately rinsing it out with cold water and it still burns the milk onto the bottom making it very hard to remove. Would rather have a unit that didn’t get so hot even if it took longer to froth the milk! I read other reviews after writing this one and I wonder if I have a defective unit? It gets so hot that it is scalding the milk to the bottom of the unit turning it brown and making it very difficult to remove? Other people complain that it doesn’t get hot enough and claim it’s easy to clean? I’m confused!
