Spacing only for small diameter wines. What good is a Wine Chest if bottles don’t fit? – Only small diameter bottles fit. I would buy again if there were variable spacing. The ability to get wine in the cooler is far more important than the total number of bottles you can claim fit in the cooler.

Great Lanbo Service! – Just had the 149 bottle single zone Lanbo wine cooler delivered. One of the shelves was extremely difficult to pull out. At first I went to the Amazon site for a remedy. The link to have a customer service representative call did not work. Even after multiple attempts. Not surprised.

good unit but beware bottle sizes – The product is solid and as advertised, not too loud, and we’ll-built from what I can tell. The only negative for me is bottle size. The product’s site stated it would hold less if storing bigger bottles like Oregon pinot noir. I’m used to this. But one review said no issue and it stores all sizes fine- that is definitely not the case. Not only will each shelf hold fewer bottles in my case, but I had to remove every other shelf, since they’re too close together for a pinot bottle to fit. So I expected it to hold fewer than 149 bottles, but it’s WAY fewer.

Chill factor – Dual zones work good -we separate red and white by about 10 degrees or so. The motor isn’t loud but you do still hear it. Not a big deal for us as it is located in a less traveled room. Ours was flawless on delivery except a foul odor we presume was from manufacturing materials. As far as capacity goes, it definitely does not hold what they advertise unless you put all low profile 750ml bottles in. Who does that? We are fine with real life capacity though as we historically have about 70 to 80 bottles and those fit well even with varying sizes. In our case we have about a dozen or so fat champagne bottles so we removed a shelf or two to accommodate larger bottles. This was easy and we are very happy with our new setup.
