I’m a meticulous researcher before a purchase – Excellent product. I’ve had kettles and appliances that fail because they have push buttons. Very fast heating. It’s not huge but more than enough for 4 cuppa. It matches my green garnet and lends to my eclectic fashion.

Nice kettle – The only issue is that the switch to turn it on and off is not as high of quality as the body, cord and top of the kettle. Otherwise I like it a lot.

Please do not buy if you are worried about plastic. – This kettle is adorable! It’s the perfect size for me because 1.7 L is too big. This issue though is the big plastic casing the filter fits into. I was able to remove mine, leaving a small piece behind, by pulling very hard on it. I would not recommend removing the way I did though because there is no guarantee it will remove in one piece like mine did, and I also cut my hand doing it. Definitely something to think about when purchasing because I am unsure I would have purchased it if I knew how much plastic would be boiled, or the work (which I don’t recommend) to remove it.

Worth it. – This is a little expensive but was a gift. Bought for first apartment and it’s perfect. Nice and light to lift. A little small which would not work for large family, perfect for young couple. Lots of accessories to match but wish Kitchen Aid made a Pistachio color toaster. Went with silver to accent it.

Love this Tea Kettle! – Love the look of this kettle. I have a Kitchen Aid toaster so I splurged on this just for it to match, but I really am glad I did because I really like it. Boils quickly. My old one (another brand)that I had before– the water would splatter out the spout. This one is the correct spout for pouring boiling water.
