Doesn’t cook evenly – I like it, everything is great except doesn’t cook evenly.

Works great – Very easy to use. It really is non-stick. Needs to have a little dip in it though. I do prefer my Cuisinart for that reason.

Making the batter takes some time but they come out amazing – You do have to snap off some bits for them to turn out the right shape but they come out really good and you can use whatever flavor you want!

Beautiful Pizzelle maker! – I purchased this pizzelle maker just before Thanksgiving. It’s very simple to use and it actually has came with recipes in the booklet. They cooked so nice and evenly. My grand children loved them so much. I also made them to bring for Thanksgiving and they were a big hit! I will be making them again for Christmas and they make really nice gifts as well. The machine cleans up so easily! Very happy with this product!

Uneven heat is disappointing – I was really looking forward to using this and was so happy when it arrived. It came with a short owner’s guide/recipe booklet, and I used the first recipe to make my first batch. I had some trouble finding the right amount of dough to use, always seeming to have a little too much or too little. With time I’m sure I get better at estimating that. It cooks quickly – faster than the booklet calls for – at about 30-35 seconds per 2 cookies. The finished cookies lifted out easily with a nudge from a fork. The only thing that I was disappointed by is that the heat was uneven, leaving each cookie with a distinctly light quarter. Given that most of the appeal of this style of cookie is it’s appearance, I am considering returning the unit. If I do, I will probably try a different brand maker next time, since I don’t know if this is a defect in my particular unit, or if every one by this brand is the same way.
