Takes forever, temp is not accurate – Instruction booklet (yes it came with one) says bananas take 7-8 hours but it took me over 24 hours to 11 bananas sliced which filled all 5 trays. I also had to crank the temp way up beyond what was recommended. The temp control is a simple knob with broad ranges. I have no idea if the knob is accurate.
