Worst Cuisinart appliance I’ve ever used – It was much smaller than I thought it would be. So very, very loud!! I haven’t even tried crushing ice. I’ve have to cut fresh fruit into smaller pieces, but I still get a lot of unblended chunks. The fruit pieces get caught in the well where the blades are.

Mostly great product – I use the blender every day. It’s great for the most part but sometimes turns off while blending and I have to plug it out and back in to get it to work again. Minor issue but annoying sometimes. Food processor leaves chunks sometimes even after chopping for a long time. Otherwise it’s a fine product.

I use the blender nearly every day to make smoothies for breakfast and also use the food processor on occasion for cooking. The worst I put in the blender is large chunks of frozen fruit most mornings and sticky dried dates in the food processor when making date-based energy balls. The machine works rather well for a non-professional blender, but about every six months to a year, something breaks on the blade assembly, and I have to buy a replacement part. If you’re handy and don’t mind doing this, it’ll last for a good, long while. If not, this is not the machine for you.
