Seamless pancakes after mastering the learning curve – You will be so glad you bought this space saving and carefully designed appliance! The only peeve I had with the unit was that the space you put your badder through is quite narrow; when using a traditional waffle recipe, the badder would collect in the funnel-like pour area and start cooking there. I learned that if I made the batter more runny by adding less of the dry ingredients to the mixture, the batter actually makes its way into the iron and it tastes just the same in my opinion.

Fast, easy, tasty waffle maker – Purchased this for homemade waffles. Comes with a recipe book so that was handy. I,like the fact the machine let’s you know when it is hot enough to add the batter and also when the waffle is finished. It beeps each time..so there is no guessing. It only makes one waffle at a time but they are nice sized. It lets you decide on how Brown you want the waffle. I set it on 4 for a more golden color, crisper yet still flaky inside. It comes with a measure scoop so you know how much batter to add, but depending on the ingredients added it’s a learning curve, yet easy. Cleanup is a breeze as the batter doesn’t stick since you use oil in the batter…haven’t tried it using butter only in the batter. Recommend it. Can have waffles home anytime fresh, cheaper and convenient.

Very innovative – My daughter loves Belgian waffles and I’ve been on the hunt for a machine for a while. When I saw this it intrigue me because it appears to be Space saving as well as I didn’t think there was a chance of creating a bad waffle with it. So far the waffles have been great I am not able to get a crispy waffle but I’m not sure if that is the mix or my setting on the waffle maker. I will play around with it to see. Cleaning it is extremely easy as nothing sticks to it so that is great. My only issue is they provide a cup for you to use to fill up the machine and I cannot get the exact amount correct in order for it not to overflow even using the cup. We’ve tried several different cups and amounts and I just cannot get it right I’m sure at some point I will master it but just know there is a slight learning curve. But overall I love it I would recommend it and I am very happy with the purchase.

Pour slowly or you’ll overfill it – I have been making many waffles lately and I have tried different brands of waffle mix and the waffles come out great. When you are pouring the waffle mix, pour it in slowly by the time you see it getting full, it will bubble up and overflow the top spout. Since you can’t remove the waffle grids, you can’t remove them to wash them out so I use a damp paper towel to clean up little specs of dried batter. I like that it doesn’t take up much room on my countertop.
