Needs light for clock – Great coffee maker. Thermos style carafe keeps coffee hot for 2+ hours. Really like the basket for brewing. No filter needed. Only issue I have is the clock has no light. Hard to see to set timer. And not sure why no auto power off after brewing. You need to turn off After the brew light stops pulsing Still worth the money.

Room for improvement – Our old coffee pot died a couple days before we were having guests. I needed to get one quickly and our most important feature to have was a stainless steel carafe.

Perfect for us – I was shocked when I was ready to purchase a new coffee pot, very expensive these days. This coffee maker does what it is designed to do, make a good pot of coffee. The price was in line with what I wanted to spend and I love the ability to keep it hot without using more power.

Thermal carafe could be heavier and more insulating – Like the machine. Easy to use. Carafe very light and I feel coffee could stay warmer longer if better quality. I do like the open and shut off feature of this carafe. Of course all this being said one has to keep in mind the price point of this machine. I use it as a machine for a summer home which is inhabited only 4 months a year so for my purposes it is good enough.

Great coffee maker – Got this coffee maker to replace my old Mr Coffee 10 cup carafe coffee make that finally gave up the ghost. This coffee make exceeds my expectations. The coffee maker provides 12 full size cups what my old maker said was 10 cups is only 8 cups in the new coffee maker. The only short coming is the filter/ basket which is made of what looks like a nylon mesh. Would have preferred a metal mesh filter basket.
