Convenient and easy to use – I originally purchased the competition (original home system for food saving), but was not compatible with the bags, so I returned it and purchased this. Glad I did.

This is a slick and small alternative to older bulky vacuum machines! – The 1st one was I received was a dud. Wouldn’t hold a charge and only worked once before battery died. 5 Stars on customer service! The nice service tech person had a new one shipped out that day! It arrived the NEXT day! The new one worked very well after initial charge and I could do several items in a row as intended. Still on 1st charge! I will be definitely be using this more and more after getting more bags and containers. Reserving one star for how long it lasts so I’ll update later.

Works great, until it doesn’t – I loved using this to keep everything fresh and organized. But the first time a little liquid got sucked into the vacuum, it stopped working. No way to open and clean it. I now own a ton of bags and a paper weight.

Love it but don’t try to return it – Love it but you really have to try to keep liquid out of it. There is a gadget for keeping liquid out but I have yet figured out how to use it. Tried to return my first one and they made it so difficult I gave up and just bought a second one. I have learned little tricks to keep any liquid away from the suction device. I use it all the time and it works great

Doesn’t take up a lot of space and it works well – Always wanted to try one of these suction products to store food. I didn’t want other models that have the big vacuum sealing device that just takes up too much room. This is perfect in that it stores away easily and haven’t had any issues with the suction. Bags are a little hard to clean, but better than buying the vacuum seal bags in my opinion.

Unfortunately I have a small kitchen and too much stuff already so I couldn’t justify getting one. And then I found this gizmo! Fits easily in a drawer so it doesn’t take up space in my crowded kitchen. Works great with the bags you have to use. So far, so good.
