Simple and a good cup of coffees – What I like: can program to auto start, can turn off beep sound!! , removable water tank, filter/coffee basket opens to front, makes good coffee (in my opinion).

The Best Coffee Maker I’ve Owned – Over the decades I’ve owned or used any number of cheap (and expensive) coffee makers, and though this one sits in the middle for price, it’s by far the best quality of them all. The coffee it brews is significantly better tasting than my last maker, which was not a cheap machine at all. I am assuming it has something to do with the heat of the water, but whatever the case, it’s great.

Where have you been all my life?! – This coffee maker is amazing. We have been using keurig for years and hating them but never finding anything better. The carafe keeps the coffee hot and there’s no bottom burner to burn the coffee. The water tank is basically sucked dry when the water empties to make the coffee so the tank stays clean and there’s no water to have to deal with. There’s a cleaning cycle to make cleaning the maker super simple. This is our third zojiroshi product and it has not disappointed!!

Great Coffee Maker – This is our second Zojirushi coffee maker. We have enjoyed our EC-BD15 for almost 10 years , but this unit may be on its last leg. I researched many coffee makers including the recommendations made by American Test Kitchen. ATK did not test this model. I was tempted by ATK’s recommendation, but I decided to give Zojirushi EC-YTC100 a try. This did not disappoint.
