Variable temperatures! – I’m a coffee “sipper” throughout the day. With a full cup you can set the temp a little higher and when you reach that half cup mark you can lower the temp with a touch of your finger. I LOVE it! Plus the automatic shut off as soon as you lift that cup.

Perfect solution for 91-year-old coffee drinker – My mother has mobility problems, and drinks her coffee slowly. My also-very-weak Dad (and anyone who visited) was sent repeatedly to the microwave to re-warm, and she often would just let it sit after it cooled if no one was around to warm it. She has some cognition issues, but the multiple heat settings were easyY for her to master. She absolutely LOVES this mug warmer! She thanks me for it every time I go over.

Daily use, no troubles. – I bought this in April 2021 to replace an old “dumb” heater because i wanted it to get hotter. Now it’s November and it still works great with 3-4 hours of use 5-6 days a week. I’ve had no problems and really like being able to adjust the temperature to better work with different mugs and drinks. Very happy with it.

Hot max 130 degrees – Love this coffee Heater, it gets hot enough for me at 130 degrees with a flat bottom standard ceramic coffee mug on the high 167 button. My wife uses a mug with a concave bottom and it gets to the temp she likes of around 115, again on the max button setting of 167. So make sure to use a flat bottom mug to get the max out of these. We may use the lower settings for tea in the future but so far just using the max setting. I have tried a few on Amazon and this warmer is the best so far that i have found. I will probably be getting these for Christmas gifts. One last thing, you have to put a mug on it before it turns on. Then you can select the settings. And when you take the mug off, it turns off. There is no annoying beep like other models. And it does have a safety shutoff after i believe 4 hours.
