It does the job safely – Definitely a like for this item. It shipped correctly and arrived on time. The price is very reasonable. The size of the mug warmer fits average and large mugs. The mug comes with a nice long cord that doesn’t need an extension to reach the outlet.

Only works well with a METAL cup/mug – I will only drink HOT liquids. I won’t drink anything lukewarm, so when I saw the VOBAGA Coffee Mug Warmer I got excited. After I received the item I did testing because there were some people with negative reviews. I only used the highest setting during all the tests. I first used a clear glass mug with HOT coffee and left it on the warmer for one hour. The coffee did NOT stay hot.

Easy to use – I bought it to replace a Mr. Coffee mug warmer I use at the office. I was happy with Mr. Coffee, it worked well and lasted a long time, but decided to buy the Vobaga because of the auto shut off feature. I put a mug with water on it first thing in the morning, use the red temperature setting and by lunch, I have a hot cup of water for my tea. Not hot hot, but hot enough. If I want my tea sooner, I would heat it in the microwave first, and the Vobaga will keep it hot. I found out that I don’t like the auto shut off feature. I can take a long time to finish my tea, and the thing shut off after 4 hrs (or when the cup is close to empty). Of course, I can turn it back it on, but often by the time I notice that it is off, my beverage would be stone cold. Can’t blame the product, but miss the less safe Mr. Coffee.
