Most versatile tool in our kitchen. – We moved into a house with a small kitchen and we had room for either a microwave or a toaster oven. For 3 years we’ve only had a toaster oven and lamented the lack of speed of a microwave. Enter this fantastic gizmo. The infrared convection on this thing can do essentially everything our toaster oven did but also offers the convenience of microwave and Combi- cooking using both. Working with food service environments – that’s amazing functionality found in commercial settings at an amazing price point. I’ve used this thing every day for the past month and I’m a total convert. It does take a little time to get used to all of the options and settings – but it’s totally manageable considering the amazing versatility of this oven. Five stars for sure.
