Support above and beyond – Hats off to the people at NutriChef. I little over a year ago we purchased a Vacuum Sealer by NutriChef. I could not get the heater to seal so I contacted NutriChef on line for assistance. Within a few days I had a response and Denise F. from support taking care of our problem.

Just got it today – I was hesitate to purchase this product, but after reading the reviews, and considering the price, I decided to give it a try. I like it so far. It works better than I expected, considering nothing is built to last anymore. I will get back in a few months though after I’ve had a chance to really work it.

So far so good! – I’ve only had this a few days but so far so good. Bought this to replace another popular model by a different brand which died unexpectedly. This one doesn’t seem to seal as quickly or have the same amount of vacuum strength that my previous unit had but it does the job and the heating element is more consistent (you’d have to seal a bag 3 or 4 times with my previous model to make sure all of the edges were actually closed). Looks great. Easy cleanup. would recommend.

They asked a few troubleshooting questions and requested that we post a short video demonstrating the problem. Within a couple of days, we received an email that a new vacuum sealer was on its way to us at no cost to us. It’s easy to understand why this item has over 36,000 reviews and a 4.3 average customer rating. Excellent product…Superb customer service!

Great Customer Support – I bought this vacuum sealer a year ago. It worked great. Then the suction failed. I contacted Customer Support and they responded immediately and replaced my unit immediately. They were extremely helpful and responsive. I would buy from this company again. A special shout out to Denise Fernandez. She was great.
