Understand what you are buyting – I bought this without reading the entire description but I will be using it again and again. I did some shwarma and it turned out great but clean up was a bit cumbersome. Also, I wish it had a temperature control instead of just one level. Like I said, I am keeping it and will use it regularly but wanted to point out the small things I would change,

Worked perfect! – There is a discrepancy on the “fast and slow” switch, it changes the Heat setting, (not the speed).

Great shawarma machine – We made both chicken and beef/lamb shawarma is two separate occasions and it came out great. Only downside the machine is too small and good for 2-3 people as you would spend hours standing waiting for the meat to cook… this is not fir the quick and go type of meal. Nnot for a party of more than 4. Also you have to shut it off to stop the rotation every time you want to slice out some meet. Constant turning power on and off. But overall for the price and if you like shawarma this is a good starter machine…. We also made some kabobs skewers (both from ground meat and cubed beef and they came out good. It’s. All in how you marinate your meats.
