      My daughter loves hers – My daughter love this, I have one and gave one to her for her birthday. She loves it

      Was sad but… – I didn’t receive the grill plate. Was disappointed however the company did send me a $50.00 REFUND so quickly! I have ordered grill plate from ninja. I was trying to find one on Amazon so I wouldn’t have to pay shipping. No luck.

      Works Excellent, but User interface is Stupid, 2 page manual is tiny print – I got this and tried it out cooking a burger, well, 2. I tried Medium Well, was very pleased it had 10 settings for this, not just Rare/Med Rare/Med/Med-Well and Well, but you can keep increasing it with multiple settings on each level. It cooked my plant based burger to a perfect Medium-Well (level 7) and it tasted amazing.

      Refurbished Model is a Great Deal – Okay, I didn’t want to spend a lot on a kitchen gadget because sometimes there is such a learning curve that it just never gets used. I got this and for the price I am very happy with it. I have never bought a refurbished item, but it was clean. There were some scratched areas but inside the model I got. I have never had an air fryer, so I watched a few videos on YouTube and that was enough to get started. It really does come in handy because preheating is usually only three minutes, and items that you want crispy turn out really well. I haven’t baked a cake or anything, but I can see using it several times a week. Use parchment paper to reduce cleanup time—I just use the parchment paper I already had, rather than buying the type that is cut to fit the fryer. Our teenager figured out how to use it on her own. I think the unit is well-made and would recommend!
