You won’t be disappointed! – What convinced us to finally buy this machine is the overall cost savings and quality of coffee. We were spending $15 at Starbucks for two beverages, plus the waste of the gas money, time and paper cups. The pods are recycleable and reusable (with conversion kits sold on Amazon). It’s amazing. Get it – Pods are around a dollar each, but it’s the best automatic coffee machine ever. I had a keurig before this and I don’t know what took me so long to make the switch. It’s a must have for me.

WORST coffee maker ever – I’ve been a regular coffee drinker and I’ve owned many coffee makers but I’ve not ever felt so frustrated with any machine than this one. This is the WORST every espresso/coffee machine and it’s way OVER PRICED for what it can do. At first, it took me like an hour to try to figure out how to initialize the machine and get my first espresso drink, then a few days later, when I unplugged it and move it to a different location in my kitchen, plugged it back in and it just keep flashing white and it won’t do anything else, no matter how many seconds I press on the button to try to get out of the stupid descaling mode. I’ve checked online and there are many people experiencing this same issue and would have to call customer support line and sometimes takes like an hour to resolve. Something that cost $200 and all it does is to make coffee SHOULD NOT be this complicated and time consuming to set up and use. It’s beyond ridiculous. I spent more time to try to get this machine working than enjoying my cup of coffee. I’m sending this it back and will not ever try another machine of this brand.

Thought I ordered a new one – Just got a beat down box that I was almost afraid to open. The outside looked rough with sale stickers all over… Luckily, the apparatus looks new and it functions well (fingers crossed) from the first try. The spuma is so impressive!! The two capsules tried so far are very tasty – pure coffee!

It is everything it was described as – I like the ease of having a fresh cup of expresso when ever I want it. It is easy to use, but, its a little larger than I expected. Length wise. Coffee simply delicious it’s bold in flavor. I have purchased the Columbian capsules and they are fantastic rich flavor and aroma can’t be beat.
