It works so well I’m buying another. – It’s well made, very easy to clean and Best of all is makes the milk, creamer etc. very frothy! We’ve used it quite a bit now and it still works perfectly!

Fun, but extreme froth or no froth, and burnt bottom milk film – I have had this frother for a week and so far I like it, but it has some flaws. I have been using 2% lactose free milk with it and every time I have heated it there seems to be a burnt brown film of milk sticking to the bottom that is somewhat hard to remove, and the tiny brush that is included is at a weird angle and is ineffectual for cleaning, I had to use my bottle brush to get it off. This happens with both whisks, the huge foam version seemed to create more burned scum at the bottom though. With the smaller whisk there is basically no foam and with the larger whisk there is an insane excessive amount of foam. I wish there was an in-between for more of a soft latte texture. Picture 1 is the insane foam in a 16oz mug using 2/3 the designated space, and the second is the small whisk no foam in a matcha latte. Even with the flaws, it has been fun since I have been missing my once a week matcha or latte treat during quarantine.

Fabulous Milk Frother – Until now, I was using the Jura Milk Frother, which I was very happy with. But it died, and Jura no longer makes it. So I ordered the Chinya as a replacement. It is BETTER than the Jura. It’s quiet; its fast, it’s very easy to clean, The only thing Chinya could do to improve it is to make the markings inside showing “min”, and “max” levels more visible. My cappuccinos are beautiful and tasty, with the creamy hot froth sitting on top of the espresso shots. Congratulations to Chinya for a superior product.

Worked great until burnt patch developed – Have had this product for a year. Did the job, frothed and warmed milk for lattes every morning. After less than a year, one area started to retain burnt milk residue. I manage to clean it but it continues to come back. Not when I froth the milk, it tastes like burnt milk. To be honest, this is my 3rd or 4th frother of this type from Amazon and this happens to all of them. Not sure why.

My favorite frother thus far – I ordered one of these in January of 2019 and it finally died in February of 2021, I was so sad to see it heating but no longer frothing as I waited for my tea to steep. I feel like I got my money’s worth for 2 years of consistent work. I was impressed at this little gadget in how much milk frothing power it has compared to a different brand I used prior. The only issues I have with this unit is how sensitive it is to water on the bottom part of the unit. So make sure you are really careful when washing! It also does burn a bit of the milk I put in it every time I use the heating element. It’s not so bad but it does cause you to have to scrabble a little bit more when you wash. I didn’t experience this burning on different milk frothers. Overall, I was satisfied. I ordered a new one right away after my current frother died. I felt no need to shop for another. I really shopped around when I decided on this product and I’ve been so happy with the quality of frothing, I feel I don’t need anything else.

Very disappointed big bubbles that go flat – After numerous reviews I decided on getting this frother. I’m extremely disappointed as the only time I had the nice thick foam I want for my cappuccino was after my first use. I used 2% milk with this frother. I now get big foamy bubbles that go flat shortly after heating. I will be returning this product.

Froth really well – When I first got it I was disappointed it didn’t froth that well and was going to return it, but it turned out it was the brand of oatmilk I was using. When I switched to Trader Joe’s oatmilk it instantly froth triple the volume compared to the Silk oatmilk. I now make matcha oatmilk latte and coco oatmilk latte for my kids and they really enjoy it. I first warm the milk up without frothing and pour it in their cups, and then I froth the minimum amount to top off. I wish it was hotter thought. The drinks come out just warm. Prior to getting this frother I used the handheld ones and those were just useless and time consuming. I’m glad I got this.
