Well-built sturdy metal attachment – I bought this because it is all-metal, low priced and exactly what I was looking for. Other than the sparse, incomplete use instructions that came with it, and the long wait for delivery, I love it. This is a sturdy, well-made piece of equipment that I will use often. Definitely a good deal.

Serves it’s purpose – I don’t think this is a real KitchenAid product because it doesn’t lock into the base of my KitchenAid stand mixer like the old one did that I broke. However it still serves its purpose.

Works Great – This works just as expect to! It attaches to the KitchenAid quick and easily. I did not need the instructions, but they walk you through it clearly if you need to. It all comes apart too, making it easy to fully clean. And it has a cleaning brush, which works very well. It is best to clean immediately. You also get multiple attachments for all your different types of meat. This is perfect if you have a KitchenAid and do not want to take up additional counter space, with a stand alone. You will save money making your our sausage too (at least i did)! And it is half the cost of a stand alone machine.

Super nice glass bowl – Great fit for my stand kitchen aid mixer. Bowl is heavy empty. Will be worse when full. I still like it though, because of the measurements and handle with pour spout. I like that you could put it in the microwave if needed to melt butter or warm milk.

Seems OK. – Amazon always wants a review as soon as the item arrives. Thus, I’ve not yet used it. Our Kitchen Aid original attachment cracked after 35 years processing a deer last week. Hopefully there’ll be another to test this on. The two star rating on “Easy to Use” is for the small print that I unfortunately didn’t see. This cannot be put in the dishwasher! Seems like a non-dishwasher safe food item should not be sold. Our last one lasted 35 years and was put in the dishwasher every time.
