Misleading product information – The blender appears well made. It’s heavier than others I’ve used. What frustrates enough to return the product is the lack of accurate information or instruction on how to use the whisk attachment that came with no base even though all the photos show separate bases for both the whisk and the frother. And the frother base does not detach to interchange with whisk. There is apparently no way to contact MasterChef or the company that manufactures the blender. I returned the first set, thinking the part had been left out. The second set arrived exactly the same.

My new favorite kitchen toy…er tool. – I love this immersion blender! First, it’s beautiful and matches my kitchen appliances with black and stainless steel. I will be keeping it out on my counter , ready for use, not packed away in a drawer. I love the weight of it too, feels very solid, parts switch out securely and easily.

This is a very entry-level product, & less than I had hoped. – Product is not as powerful as described, & the circumference of the actual tool is larger than expected — which makes little sense. I have used it TWICE because it seems to overheat when I am using it!! (I use two others at my day job — I Know how to use an emulsifier!!) This is very entry-level, & would be heavy & unwieldy for someone new to using such a kitchen tool. Not as easy to clean unless the tool head is submerged in water — which means I cannot hand it off to someone else (less experienced) either. It is not what I was expecting & delivers less than described. Seems to be overheating, & seems less powerful than hyped. Disappointed in this purchase.

Amazing Hand blender!!! – If you need something that is high-quality without the extra cost this is the one. It makes perfect drinks, soups, dips, etc. It has some weight to it but it’s do able, multiple easily changeable attachments. It’s not too loud and extremely easy clean up. The only thing I would want would be a stand to sit it on between used.
