Love it! – I purchased this on Oct 14th so I have been using it regularly for a month. What I like most is it can be used anywhere in my kitchen. No plugs required. That is huge. It’s fairly light weight. It starts off slow so there is no splatter. It holds a charge for a really long time. I highly recommend it.

    2. B. O (verified owner)

Excellent Cordless Performance – This meets all my expectations. No more mixing and trying to keep the cord out of my way. I have an older Kitchen Aid hand mixer that performes just fine but the cord is alwarys a hassle. I stubbled across a review for another cordless hand mixer and was intrigued. I love Kitchen Aid products so naturally look for their solution.

    3. D. K (verified owner)

Get It! – Why have I used corded my whole life?! This mixer is a must have if you love baking. It’s powerful and because it’s cordless you’re not confined to your closest outlet.

A mixer with low speed! – This mixer has a speed low enough to mash potatoes and mix. The cordless function is nice and it takes less room to store.

Under powered compared to corded – First and foremost I have used and loved Kitchen Aid products for years. We had a Corded hand mixer that worked great but got pulled to the ground by the cord and bit the dust, so we bought this to replace it. The first thing we noticed is that this “Empire Red” is dyed plastic and does not match the enameled “Empire Red” of our other appliances (a bigger deal for the wife than me). The second thing that I noticed was that in use it is underpowered compared to a corded hand mixer, which is to be expected, but still disappointing.

Light weight holds a charge a long time – I make chocolate covered cherries , this has been perfect for me
