Nice, but loud and the beeps are annoying – I like the features on this kettle. I like the different brew temperatures and I like the “keep warm” feature and I find it simple enough to use. I haven’t measured the actual water temperature at each of the levels, I’m really not that picky about it, so I have no idea how accurate it really is. It boils pretty quickly and it works. Point taken off for two issues, 1) this thing is LOUD. Like, it scares my dog loud. Granted my dog is a chicken and scared to death of rain and storms but this thing is loud enough that the sound triggers him. And I know it’s loud because I bought a “quiet” kettle in comparison and that thing is virtually silent, so this one is LOUD. 2) The beeps are annoying and I would like to be able to turn them off but I don’t think there is a way. Other than that, this is a nice kettle. It seems to do what it is advertised to do, just could do it a little better with a few tweaks.

Buttons don’t actually work – The kettle ticked all my boxes- heats up a lot of water quickly, cool touch on the outside, and variable temperature. But, the buttons are not intuitive at all. The power button does not work at all. Once you plug it in it lights up, so no need to press power button on. You press set to go to the temperature you want, and then you have to press keep warm to actually make it start heating up, which is not intuitive. Then to turn it off, the power button does not actually turn it off. You press the keep warm button again to turn it off . So I could keep it because technically it did everything I wanted. But I think I’ll return and get a more recognizable brand that also does what I want it to do. Good luck

Three starts just for the look and feel. Otherwise, a good kettle – Thsi kettle despite its low price, has a temperature control and can keep water at set temperature for 12 hours. Other kettles usually do that for 2-4 hours. All of them shut down at the moment being disconnected from the base so the temperature must be reset for it to keep the liquid warm/hot. So these 12 hours is a rare needed feature. Temperature control is OK but the thermometer display is small and cannot be seen from the distance, this is a disadvantage. Other kettle has temperature shown in large digits on the side wall, it is much more useful. Plastic covering the kettle looks cheap and not very attractive. I sent it back based on the look as my wife did not like it. But mechanically and electrically, it is a decent product.
