Mom do you have.. – Away for a quick trip..the text said..’mom do you have a fondue set’..not the usual mom do you have..so I bought this one & shipped it to my son as a thank you for house sitting..he loves it. Says it’s easy to use, easy to clean & has used it a few times already. Doesn’t take up a lot of room on his small countertop..

Great Costumer Service – The product itself does what it is supposed to. It is stylish, doesn’t overheat. It arrived fast, but the base was chipped. I contacted them and they send me a complete replacement at no cost. I wasn’t expecting that and I truly appreciated the gesture. Great costumer service!

Rubbish for the money – When I first washed before use black stuff came off on my clean tea towel had to wash twice! Fork stand doesn’t fit and when it arrived with any wrapping except product box it was mashed, I was surprised the product wasn’t damaged! I used the code to sign up for warranty and all I got was an email from god knows where saying they would get back to me which they didn’t !! Disgusting! I will never buy from this supplier ever again

HANDY AND ECONOMICAL – What i like about this home fondue is the size and how easy it is to assemble, disassemble and easy to clean. We enjoyed our cheese dip in no time. I have not tried chocolate yet but so far we are enjoying it. Really good when you have kids to have them enjoy chocolate fondue. Worth the monet.
