Happy Family – Got for my son and his family…he said they are shaved I’ve crazy…I purchased extra ice molds, flavor, Plastic shaved ice Bowls with matching reusable straws with spoon tips, each one has a color that is theirs, that way no paper cones to drop here and there on the property. Also the paper cones can be messy for young kids. All-in-all the family loves it

Great snow cone maker! – Love this machine! The kids love them.. the flavors are great. Taste good! I was just missing 3 bottle pours. Which is sad because I did pay for them to be in the kit but what can I do. Still giving 5 start because the machine works great and the flavors taste good!

Good product but needs updated to improve. – Bought as a surprise for my kiddos. They love it!!! I wish it was a little easier to use, rather difficult for 1 person to hold the cup and turn the lid to unlock it which stops the grinding. The finished ice product is bigger than I thought it would be. Tried tightening up the screws which I saw someone suggest to make it more shaved like. It didn’t work. Would I buy this again, yes. But it definitely could be improved.

For snow cone lovers not shaved ice lovers – It is a snow cone machine not a shave ice machine. The ice is not fine enough for shave ice. I’m sure kids will love it and everything else was wonderful with it- just not shaved ice; ice granules for snow cones
