A fun addition to my kitchen!!! – I have a small kitchen in my apartment, everything is electric, so I needed something to jazz it up. I can’t BBQ here, unless I go out to the courtyard, and I like to grill chicken, fish and veggies. I was surprised how well this works! I can even do fire-roasted veggies and peppers on it and with a little bit of “Liquid Smoke” I did some bbq chicken thighs that were the hit of game day!!! It’s a fun little gadget, part of my regular repertoire now!!

There is smoke during cooking but is taken care of by the exhaust fan. It does not make my house smoky. I think if you have an exhaust fan that vents to the outside, it would be perfect.

Does have less smoke than Cuisinart griddles and more space. Has a drip pan underneath to catch. All in all I’ve used it once and was satisfied. It is nonstick and directions say not to use nonstick spray. But not sure how that will work once nonstick wears off. Do not immerse grill part in water. Have to carefully wipe off while protecting delicate electrical parts. Clean up can be tedious because of that. Not dishwasher safe.
