Yeah, the hinge isn’t built well so just be careful! – I see a lot of negative reviews because of the hinge. Quite honestly it’s the first thing I checked out when the product arrived. You can immediately see why some have issues with it breaking as it’s plastic and held on by two small screws. The key is not to slam it down or treat it badly. You should be fine! The product is amazing but I do hope the company re-designs the hinge.

A screw falls off every day. – This one looses a screw everyday, I use it every day almost and little part like the latch the screw the little rubber pieces on bottom something falls off. But it cooks awesome, I’ll just keep using till everything falls off because it cooks excellent. Love the way it cooks.

Only good if make cheese quesadillas – Works well if your only making a cheese quesadilla. If you put more than just cheese the idem will break. Used 3 times and well it’s done.

DO NOT RECOMMEND – This thing is terrible! The ingredients just leak out the side and leave you with two tortilla shells. It only cooks the back half of it. If youre wanting a quesadilla that is full of ingredients and that seals all the way around, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. Buying a different one ASAP. SO DISAPPOINTED. I was so very excited about this thing just to regret spending my money on it. I literally just gave this company my money for something that’s gonna sit and collect dust.

Too small-Not impressed. – Will not allow for hardly any filling in the quesadillas. We put chicken and veggies in ours and the lid will not close. I don’t think you could have anything other than cheese. The pocket area is too small and the edge area where it’s sealed is too large.
