Excellent Customer Seevice – I have enjoyed my OTTO ‘spice grinder’ from the moment I received it. It is easy to use and works perfectly every time. However, eleven months after ordering my OTTO I broke the base. I contacted the Banana Brothers company in hopes of purchasing a replacement. I was informed my OTTO was still under warranty and my cone holder was immediately replaced free of charge. I am a fan and will be a customer for life.

With his vision getting worse, he said that all he wanted for his birthday was an automatic joint roller to make it easier for him to roll joints. I tried to find the product that would be easiest for him to use, and settled on the Otto. It was a bit more expensive than some other options, but seemed like the best device that actually does the whole process for you (and also dispenses into joint papers rather than tobacco papers). I walked him through using it today and he was thrilled. He says he’ll never have any problem using this device. It’s easy to use, the buttons are easy to feel, and it makes a sound when it turns on. The whole device is, in fact, easy enough to use with your eyes closed.

The grinding function works like a charm. Only bummer is that it isn’t just load and go. There needs to be a pause in the middle to pack then reload to finish. If you skip that step, some boating is in your future, friend. Overall recommend as a time saver.
