Broke 6 months in / Now it’s working again. – Bought this in May 2022 and I loved it. I loved the size, the look and the features. I used it probably every day. I descaled it on every couple of months due to my hard water. If I had a favorite things list, this would be on it. I loved it until I didn’t. 6 Months later, it wouldn’t turn on. I’m not sure what to do about it. Probably will put it in the trash Makes me sad.

Great but with one problem – I purchased my first teapot with the infuser about a year ago. I use it every day. Like the size, it’s attractive, and I can make two large mugs of tea. A few weeks ago one of the plastic tabs on the cover (they hold the diffuser in place) broke. So I needed a new cover. I found no way to contact the seller so, unfortunately, I had to order an entire new pot. I took off a star because I found it impossible to contact the seller.

It’s REALLY slow to boil the water, but we love the keep warm feature – We previously had a 1500 watt kettle that was much faster to boil the water, but it didn’t have a keep warm feature. This 1100 watt kettle seems to take forever to get the same amount of water to boil. But the kettle is a nice compact size, and we’ve decided that the keep warm feature makes up for the slowness of getting the water to boil. Too bad they don’t make this same kettle in a 1500-watt version. Meanwhile, I just have to get used to turning the kettle on as soon as I get up in the morning, and then finding some other things to do while I wait for the water to boil.
