      I’m happy so far… – My needs are pretty simple. I’ve been using it to make souffle eggs and to whip heavy cream. I plan to see how it does with shredding later this week. I appreciate the size of it. It’s not as small as I imagine, which is not to say it is large by any means. Really like that the primary blades clip to side to minimize me losing stuf
