Lots of pros with a few cons – I purchased this in yellow (it was cheaper and matched my kitchen). I wanted a larger cook top to make lots of food at one time for my family. So far I have used it to make birria, quesadilla, grilled cheese, and pancakes. I have yet to use it to cook raw meats. It has worked fairly well. I did notice that the hottest spots seem to be along the edges, the middle does not heat as well so everything tends to cook unevenly. Luckily the stuff I have been cooking doesn’t require high heat and easily flipped around, so not a huge issue for me. Just be aware when purchasing this item. It can be a pain to clean if grease gets down along the edges. Hand wash in the sink and let it dry at an angle and flip it the other way after some time to get all the water out of the nooks and crannies. Otherwise the cook top itself cleans off nicely. All in all I’m happy with my purchase. I can cook a meal all at one time for my family and that was it’s intended use.

Love it but uneven cook – Really enjoyed this product and used it frequently but stopped using it much after a few months due to about 1/3-1/2 of the griddle not cooking at the correct temp and food was starting to cook unevenly. It’s also nearly impossible to clean with grease getting into crevices and places you cannot reach bc it doesn’t come apart or anything.

Perfect for camp cooking – I got this to cook for 25+ people, simple blue berry pan cakes. 1 plugging into RV killed the generator. So check the Amp pull. Plugged into portable Gen, worked like a charm. Whipped out 50 pancakes with ease. Cleaning was super easy. Excellent purchase. Plenty of room as well was able to fit 6 decent sized pancakes. definitely recommend.
