WOW, this is AMAZING!! – I have owned a Food Saver for years and the jar sealers seemed to fail on a regular basis. With skyrocketing utility bills and power outages this is PERFECT!! Food prices are increasing daily and this is a great way to keep food fresh and extend its shelf life. Wonderful for dehydrating or just storing in a stronger container such as a canning jar. With only a 4 or so pumps the jar is sealed tightly. Only thing is not all jar lids will work. I save my old lids and sometimes they are hard to seal with this. No problem though, I just get another lid. The price is so economical as opposed to the Food Saver/Seal A Meal. It is made of quality material and easily stored. I highly recommend this product and actually purchased an extra one for my RV.
