      Good – It’s okay but I thing I don’t like is you have to wait it cool down before you cook again

      Manual sucks, missing key info, hard to figure out – The thing cooks efficiently, but the manual is missing key information in several respects and seems to require the user to know things like ratios. The buttons are not intuitive. While the English in the instructions is clear, the instructions manage to be singularly unhelpful. You’d think they would tell you how much rice and water to use in different modes to get to the desired quantity and style. But no. That would have been a step too far. I just wanted a multipurpose rice cooker – I wasn’t trying to practice the scientific method. Once I figure out how to use it the hard way I am sure it will be fine. But it seems they were trying to do too much in one machine and missed key data points (give us a table please showing ratios, people) such that I found myself using Google to operate it. I should have got a simpler cheaper model. Waste of money.

      Perfect! – Exactly what we need to cook rice without spending a fortune. We love it so much that we bought a second one!

      Great cooker just need easier to read water measurement lines on the inner pot, its so hard to see. – Love the sleek design and the cleaning is easy. The measurement lines on the pot are really hard to read, thats the only flaw.

      Questionable nonstick – I really do like this rice cooker. It cooks the rice well and keeps it warm. It reheats the rice well. I did notice recently that there are numerous small spots where it looks like the nonstick is coming off, and it’s certainly not from using metal utensils (we have only been using the rice paddles). I’m currently looking to see if there are replacement inner pots.

      Great ricev/meal cooker – Great way to make perfect rice. Although I always use a bit more water. 2 cups of rice and 2 1/4 cup of water…salt, and I like using olive oil. But you can use vegetable oil. Perfect for seasoned rice…add a bit more water and oil. Love making ready to cook yellow rice, add chopped chicken and vegetables. Cleans like a charm.
