Quit working after 33 days – Worked fine until 3 days after Amazon’s 30 day return policy. I guess this is a “disposable” item…. one you can use for a short time then toss. Definitely would not recommend even though it worked fine for 33 days

Works best for 16 oz. or less. – Use it to keep my tea hot while I’m reading. I use a metal cup on the warmer and insulated plastic cup for drinking.

Worked for 2 days – I bought this coffee warmer for that purpose: to keep my coffee hot when I’m at my computer desk. It worked OK for about 2 days, then the pressure switch on the bottom that turns it on ceased to work when a coffee cup was placed on it. The switch works if pushed in manually, but of course that’s not the purpose of the coffee warmer — it’s supposed to turn on when a cup is placed on top of it. It does not turn on. I should have gotten a coffee warmer with an on/off manual switch.

Does what I need it to do – This is a great little mug warmer and it keeps my hot beverage piping hot right to the bottom of the cup. I like that it turns on automatically when you set your cup on it and turns off automatically when you remove your cup. That’s an excellent safety feature. However I’ve found that I need to apply slight pressure when I placed my cup on it. Just setting my cup on it doesn’t turn it on. At first I was annoyed because my previous cup warmer was great at that. It came on as soon as I set my cup on it. But I’ve decided that I like the function of this warmer better when I have to apply a slight amount of pressure. That way if something accidentally falls onto it, it won’t automatically turn on. The reason I withheld one star, is that the cord is so short, only 3 ft long, you’re going to need an extension cord. So if you don’t already have one and you wish to purchase this mug warmer, you’d better add an extension cord to your order.

Needs a longer cord. – Want it for coffee or hot chocolate at night and put it on my nightstand. Cord is rather short, so I can’t place it close to where I can reach it from the nightstand.
