Super Cute – Takes a little time for coffee to produce but I put in ice cold water. Looks great in my office. K cups only. No ground option. I’m going to try an adapter I have at home to see if it fits for ground option.

It’s not a deluxe or upgrade. – I still like the Chulux coffee brewer but disappointed that this really isn’t an “Upgrade.” I have bought 4 Chulux coffee makers over the last few years. When I saw this one I got excited thinking it was going to be an actual upgrade. It actually takes longer to brew then my original model, I timed both models. It looks prettier, and is different in the way it closes down on the Kcup. The only real upgrade I see is the $10 more in price. It still brews a great cup of coffee. You decide if you want to pay more for prettier.

Update from “Downgrade from the base model. Doesn’t work.” NOW WORKING FINE. – UPDATE: It took a full 24 hours to “rest” and reset, and then it started working and has been great ever since. I’ve pushed it hard for 3 days now, and it’s worked fine every time. I’m thinking I might have gotten the inside electronics wet when I initially rinsed it and did the starting clear water run. It might have needed a day to completely dry out. I chalk up my problems and frustrations to user error. Also, Chulux support has been great; they really care about their products and customer satisfaction. Thanks!

Absolutely the best affordable coffee maker! – The coffee maker works flawlessly and makes great tasting coffee. Easy to clean when necessary and amazing customer service, this is my second one as my daughter took my first one she liked it some!

Nice size but needs the correct pod to use own grounds – Nice size for limited counter space. States uses coffee pods or own grounds in pod-like coffee holder, which can be bought separately. I already had a separate pod holder, a common type, but mine can’t be used in this maker due to needle at bottom of holder not able to pierce the pod. Sorry, difficult to explain without seeing the pod holder. Description of maker does not mention the grounds pod should be purchased with maker.
