One of the best investments you can make for your health and money – Before having this water dispenser unit, I was a former customer of one of those water delivery services (I will not name names). I had a pretty bad first timer experience being a customer of water delivery, with them having extremely terrible customer support service, overpriced 5-gallon water, other hidden fees, and knowing I was bound and at their mercy of a contract.

Love everything but the noise. – GREAT little water dispenser. It’s just louder than I would like. And, it’s worse if the drip tray happens to not be set in all the way – (you can remove it for cleaning or to empty any overflow) – then, it’s crazy loud when the cooling cycle turns on. At least that can be fixed by simply setting the tray in place properly/snugly. The refrigeration/cooling cycle sounds like, well, a fridge when it kicks on…and it’s pretty noticeable. As for the heating function, I don’t recall hearing anything, but honestly wouldn’t expect to. We have run a couple cleaning cycles, but I don’t recall if they were much noisier than the cooling cycle or not, but it was much longer. I remember asking my husband how much longer it would be going (sorry, I don’t have a length of time for how long it actually ran). Overall, LOVE this thing, happy we picked it up…just wish it were a bit less noisy!!

Simply the best – I’ve own a few of these machines over the years and this one is by far the best and it’s not even close. When the pump is running I can hardly hear it and I have excellent hearing. Other machines I’ve owned when you select room temp water it comes out cold and comes out the same spout as the cold water this one has its own spout and comes out at room temperature I don’t use the hot water feature but everything that I do use is awesome. I was concerned when I saw there was no adjustment for the cold water temperature not needed the water is nice and cold. I could not be happier with this purchase now I just hope it lasts a good long time.
