Much better than the expensive name brand. – I thought I was getting a cheap replacement for my food saver, but boy was I wrong. This thing is so much better! It is smaller, lighter, easier to use, easier to clean and even has a troubleshooting manual for when you pop the cutter off on accident.

I’m not sure what the difference between moist and dry, as when I use moist for wet meat, it doesn’t suck all the air out plus spills into the machine a bit and i have to clean it up. Otherwise, it’s a great device and I use it when I want things to last.

Didn’t seal properly. – This product was confusing for me because it didn’t work like it was advertised. It didn’t vacuum tightly as it should. I thought I was not using it correctly so I kept trying. After a couple of weeks I realized it just wasn’t working properly. To get answers, I was told I needed to have a copy of the receipt and I had to make a video showing the sealer didn’t work. Really?! I’m still trying to decide what to do—take the loss or jump through the hoops.
