Perfect one+ cup – I love my little French press; it’s perfect for when you want a cup or so and not a full pot. I will say though that the packaging it came in was already ripped apart, very strange since the press inside was not damaged.

Upgrade from drip coffee – I was always very curious about the french press method of brewing coffee, but never really got into it. Being away from my espresso machine, I really wanted to try something that was simply better than drip. I thought about getting the aeropress, but decided instead for the french press. Boy am I happy. So why is the french press method than drip you ask? Quite simple…

BODUM 8-Cup Coffee Maker, 34-Ounce. – Great product. I used one for 25 years but recently broke the flask. this is a slightly redesigned version, flask is identical as my original. I use this every day and expect to continue to use it for many years.

SAVE $$ OVER “STAR” YOU KNOW WHO. – This product was recommended to me by my brother who knows I am a fan of not good but great java; for the price, this is an excellent product! My only minor complaint is that it only makes two good sized cups, a larger model would be nice. The order was filled promptly and AS described by the seller. This product will pay for itself in savings over the franchise boys. I add my favorite grind, prepare the hot water which I make in my microwave and complete. With the excellent product this machine produces, one would be foolish to at least not give this product a go. Very easy to clean is another strength of this product.

Recommend…for the most part – I originally bought this one because my previous one cracked. I read that this one was crack resistant and all that. Which it is, so far no crack in sight. I’ve been using this for a good amount of time now and so far been happy. However few mornings ago I made my coffee as I normally would and left to get ready. When I came back to our my coffee there was coffee all around the press. At first I thought there was a crack at the bottom but after picking it up and cleaning it I’d isn’t see anything and when I put water in there to test out nothing happened. I tried with hot water too. The next morning I ran into the same problem where there was coffee over the counter again. I’m not sure what happened because I don’t see any cracks and with hot water nothing happens. Other than that I think it a good deal.

Makes great coffee but… – Makes best coffee I have ever enjoyed at home. Unfortunately, I should have bought larger size. No way this gives you 12 ounces of coffee. I will eventually order larger one because it is a pain doing this twice to get my two mugs of brew.
