      works well – The motor seems strong. Love the case that keeps everything neatly together. Love the plastic beaters so I can use them with regular metal and glass bowls I already had. Only complaint is it’s more difficult to get the second beater pushed in and locked to use or it keeps falling out, an aggravation for sure. Mixer works well, once beaters are secure.

      Just buy the kitchenaid – I needed a hand mixer for a second home. I had just gotten a new kitchenaid 6 speed at my primary home and love it, but was hoping I could be thrifty and save some money outfitting the second kitchen. Turns out that was a fail.

      Plenty of power! – I own a 9 speed Kitchenaid hand mixer. It sounded like it was going to die mixing cookie dough. I don’t have enough cabinet space for a stand mixer. So I searched for a more powerful hand mixer, and found this one with high ratings. It’s awesome! It will not only tackle the cookie dough, but it mixes bread dough too. And it doesn’t whirr like it’s tired. I bought a red one and bought my daughter a blue one. And I paid half the price on Amazon of what they are selling it for at my local department store. Very happy with this!
