Don’t bother – So it works fine. But in order to turn it off, you have to cycle through the stronger settings which means it constantly makes a huge mess and it inevitably get milk everywhere. I’d look elsewhere for a frother. Also doesn’t sit well in holder. Constantly falls over.

crying over spilt coffee – Nice little unit . The only thing I don’t like is how you turn it off. I use it to nix my coffee and creamer in the morning. Each time you press the on button it increases the speed of the wisp. Then you have to press and hold the start button to turn it off. there is about 1/2 second delay before it shuts off. For me that means coffee goes ever where. Now I don’t fell my mug as full as I want.
