NONSTICK COOKING SURFACES – Both sides of the reversible plate feature a premium non-stick coating for easy food release. The unique coating does not peel or flake and is metal utensil safe.
INTEGRATED HIGH HEAT AND SAFETY FEATURES – Wolfgang’s 1800-watt electric, non-stick grill/griddle has an adjustable temperature control dial and quickly heats up to 400ºF, providing perfect searing and faster temperature recovery times. The cooking plate’s interlocking tab prevents heating unless the drip pan is properly placed in the housing.

Excellent Grill Griddle – This is my second Puk. The other lasted 25 years. I love how I can just flip over from making bacon and then pancakes. I cooks up steak, zucchini, asparagus, chicken, etc. The clean up is easy. This is all around for everything. I take it camping so no need to take charcoals.

Handy – I recently bought my second griddle of this exact same style. The heating does differ a bit from the ends of the grill. One end is hotter than the other by a small degree. It also tends to turn off once it reaches a set temperature and then will kick in again to stay at temperature. It is worth it though because I use this in my kitchen every day if not twice a day. We make pancakes, eggs, warm up tortillas, Cook hamburgers, grill veggies, and so much more.
