– I was unable to turn the unit on. Perhaps the on/off button was broken, perhaps it just needed more pressure. The three very simple instructions were followed exactly; I didn’t care to break my finger by pressing on/off any harder. I asked for a replacement but only a refund option was available. It is a beautiful looking and very heavy machine.

Amazing work horse – I have owned this machine for many months. It has held up wonderfully. I make homemade ice cream and store it in pint containers. I make 3 pints of my homemade ice cream in less than 30 min. Everything is easy to clean and reset to keep churning. I love, love, love this machine. No freezing of containers, no ice and salt. You just make your mix, add it and hit start. I know some people have issues with it, but I have only had positive experiences. Definitely recommend for a hobbyist who loves making homemade ice cream. @billingscreamery
