Great Smoker – Great Smoker. Meat has flavorful infused smoke flavor. (I used hickory wood chips) The lid seal could be tighter so the smoke smell is not so strong indoors. That is the only issue I have.

Great Indoor Smoker – This is a great alternative when the weather does not permit firing up the outside smoker. It cooks quick and produces great tasting food. If you are on the fence about it I would say get it!

I am in love – I have had this 1 week barely and used it 4 times. It is fast, brings great flavor and easy clean up although the inside is nonstick so wipes up easily. Each rack can hold about half a slab of ribs so 1.5 slabs per cook and each rack and do 7-8 whole wings. I always foil my bottom rack for easier clean up so haven’t seen how it cooks differently when full because I am cooking for 1 but I did 2 racks with ribs and the cook went perfectly. For the wings I cook in smoker about 2 hours then finish in air fryer for 10 minutes or else the skin is to flabby, I tried cooking for longer in smoker but the wings were like getting ugly breaking away from the gristle shrinking or something. If you combo smoke still great flavor but not a lot of smoke produced so didn’t have to open door or turn fan on. When using hot smoke I open my patio door and turn ceiling fan on, I wouldn’t call it terrible it isn’t visibly smokey but smoke is escaping so smell is strong. Love this easy to use smoker – I wanted to smoke some small pieces of meat so didn’t need a giant smoker. This is a perfect size for what I needed. I was a little over zealous on the filling it with wood chips and it was “really” smoke flavor, but it worked exactly as it should have. I have ordered some different flavor wood chips to try out different kinds of wood smoke. Just be aware if you fill the the wood chip container full, it will be really smoked.
