Easy peasy – Nice way to get multi-use out if the griddle. Clean-up isn’t bad, just don’t put too much batter. Also the heating elements are more of an issue with the griddle itself. The bottom is usually hotter than the top plate. Fair warning. Neat plates otherwise.

Buy these plates! – I am of the Alton Brown schooling of “NEVER get a one use tool” and have been wanting a waffle iron for years but couldn’t bring myself to drop serious $$ on a one use kitchen tool. I bought the Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N (cause I also wanted a panini press and I LOVE Cuisinart products) and these plates, they both arrived same day.
