So far, so good! – I have been using these resusable bags for soem time now, with sous vide as well as other foods that I freeze or wish to store ina vacuum sealed bag. Thye bags are well made and sturdy and the zip lock mechanism is fairly heavy duty (not like regular zip lock bags). Using the pump takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it its fairly easy. Depending on what you put in them the bags may change color, but the still work fine. This system of reusable vacuum bags is faster to use and WAY cheaper than using my FoodSaver electric vacuum sealer!

Good product and a good way to try Sous Vide without a huge investment – Good product and a good way to try Sous Vide without a large investment. The bags seal very well with the little pump provided. No need to invest in an expensive vacuum seal appliance. My first try was Salmon which was delicious. I do have to say that I threw away the bag because I was not really able to get the bag clean enough/smell free to use again. Sous Vide is a very healthy way to cook. I highly recommend giving this product a try.
