Doesn’t have a slow speed – I gave this a 4 because the slow speed is not slow. If you have to add flour it goes everywhere. The slow speed on this is like medium in other mixers including hand and kitchen aids. I had to add flour and not turn the mixer on and mix as if it was on until the flour was incorporated then I could turn the mixer on to 1. Read other reviews and some said not and many said it was slow. Apparently they don’t bake much. It doesn’t have a slow speed.

Great for making meringue or whipping cream – The product looks good. I like the snap on storage and it is easy to clean. Make sure to get a large bowl as the low speed is kinda fast. The attachments are sturdy unlike some of the plastic attachments on other brands. The mixer has amazing high speed making it great for making meringues or whipping cream. Excellent for making macarons.
