Perfect for a large family without breaking the bank – We are a family of 5 and we love this thing you can do so much food at once. If you have kids you already know how hard it is to cook eggs for each kid individually and have the others complain. My wife and I cook eggs and bacon on it at the same time about 8 eggs and 6 slices of bacon with room to spare and we can split it all for the kids then cook ours. We definitely recommend this griddle.

It is spectacular. – So… I bought this because I honestly could not figure out which electric griddle to get. I really liked this on and then one that was more expensive but had a lid and some depth to the pan. The one with the lid had a better distribution of the heating coil so I was leaning that way, but it was more expensive and had a long wait to get delivered. My wife said just get one that you can use until the expensive one gets here.

Griddle did an Excellent Job Cooking my Pumpkin Spice Pancakes – I broke my last griddle moving it. This one did an excellent job making pancakes. I had no issue with the griddle and baking with it. The nonstick coating was nonstick (I used no oil or spray). They cooked evenly and the temperature appeared correct. The low profile is a nice feature, and the heat shield underneath did prevent my countertop from even getting warm (at least at 350F. So far, I highly recommend it.

I love this griddle – I hate that the drain hole is uphill. I love the size cooked a lb bacon with 3 hash brown patties with room to spare. The heat distribution is fairly even, very easy to work with. I have used commercial griddles that did not distribute the heat as well as this. I wish the grease tray was larger and the sides were higher. I am very glad that I purchased this.
