Very good as a one job product-waffles! – I believe as a dedicated (Belgian) waffle maker it is outstanding.

Finally, crispy waffles! – If you are tired of waffle makers that make pancakes that look like waffles, and desire that restaurant quality crunch, look no further. As a bonus, this machine is easy to store as well!

LOVE THIS WAFFLE MAKER! – I have had several ‘professional’ waffle makers, cheap waffle makers and cute little waffle makers over the years. Between my kids, I have made thousands of waffles. This one is far my favorite so far. It compact making it very easy to store in a cabinet or on the counter. I love the overflow well around the outside to avoid making a mess. I also love that it reminds you to flip it mid way through the timer. I was surprised there was no temperature control but so far, everything has come out crispy and golden brown.

Perfect Waffles – I had the original Presto and it finally gave out. Its timer allowed minutes and seconds while this new one only minutes. I set it for 5 minutes and the waffles come out perfect. My wife then does her waffle with nuts in the batter and it comes out perfect. I use a pre-mix from SE Grocers/Winn Dixie, which is very similar to the old Aunt Jemima brand. The griddle grates are superior to the old ones in that there is no build-up of stuck-on batter after baking. No clean-up is needed — just let it cool down.

AMAZING for the price – I bought this waffle maker to replace a $150+ cast iron waffle maker that we got as a wedding gift, after it essentially fell apart after 10 years of frequent use. Normally I wouldn’t try to directly compare the two, since you’d expect the more expensive waffle iron to be much better, but I’ve had this waffle iron for over a year now and it beats the old one in pretty much every category, except probably for longevity.

Absolutely amazing waffle maker – I thought the waffle maker was a bit pricey for $61.99 (it used to be $40 just a few years ago) but it is well worth the price! I already tried making Belgian waffles, farmer cheese waffles, potato and zucchini waffles, and all of them turned out great. Last time I was making waffles, I forgot to put oil into the dough and I was still able to pull the waffle out of the waffle maker; I thought it was amazing! I did some research, and really glad I chose this one.
