Efficient for Stir Fry – I like to stir fry vegetable frequently and use on my island. Food doesn’t stick because of the surface of the wok. It is very easy to clean but I don’t put it in water because of the electric plug. But it does wipe clean quickly.

However, one of the handles is directly over the control dial when inserted, and it is impossible to read! Even with my phone flashlight, I can’t get a good angle to read the temperature controls. The one thing that would make me think twice about buying it if I had known is the lid is very thin glass and I drop things often.
