      Does not cook properly – So this product cook burgers fine but when it came to making sandwiches, it took so long for the bread to crisp up and the bread is soggy when your trying to do a grilled cheese. The other issue with this is that grease does not drain into the tray as is says instead it builds up and if it’s against the edges that the grease leaks from the back dripping on the counter cause there is no proper pour spout for the grease to pour from. I wish this product was better but this a complete hit and miss. It needs a better design for the grease to flow too. I think this product will be going back. Very disappointed in this cause of the mess is leaves behind when cooking.
